FAQ: Can Klaviyo be used to manage DMs from Insta or Messenger?
The short answer to this is ‘no’. Not at this time (October 2019).
However, the Klaviyo product development team have said ‘this is an area we’re thinking about investing in, but no movement yet’.
So it is likely to happen sooner or later, but probably not in the next 12 months. Watch this space…
It’s also worth knowing that Klaviyo does support integration with the following CRM platforms: Janrain, Salesforce and Zoho.
Alternatively, you can also integrate data to Klaviyo from other sources via their API or by manually uploading a CSV.
